Event Details:

We would like to thank all of you who have continued to support the Kanata Legion and their efforts of fundraising during these unprecedented and uncertain times.

As of 5 March 2021, your generous donations of bottles, cans, etc., for our bottle drive, have raised over $3,700.00.  And with more bottles and cans arriving every day, this total will no doubt continue to increase.  This money is helping the Legion during these difficult times, especially since many of our usual events have ceased during the pandemic.

For those of you who live in apartment buildings, many of them have boxes set up in certain locations for bottle and can drop offs, which are being monitored by a volunteer who is working closely with the legion's bottle drive coordinator.  For other patrons who live in apartment buildings, who do not have such a set up, this should soon be remedied, as the bottle drive coordinator, Terry Jacobs, is working with some volunteers to oversee this.

If you would like to be a volunteer in your apartment building you can email the Legion's promotions group and we will pass this information on to the appropriate person.  You can email us at  promo.rcl638@gmail.com.

Thanking you in advance for your continued support of our bottle drive, and for all the bottles, cans, etc. that you have so generously donated in the past and will continue to do so.
