Revised COVID Guidelines


The Provincial Government has recently issued revised guidelines to assist people who engage in various endeavors and activities, to be as safe as possible in the pandemic situation we are in.  Much has been published in the print media and broadcast via radio and TV but it is considered helpful to provide our own members a version which applies to us directly vis-à-vis Branch operations.

Effective Dec 19, 2021, a 50 percent capacity limit  applies to all settings such as our Bingo, fish and chips, foot clinic, darts, hall rentals, recreational activities, and meetings. The number of people permitted to sit at a table is limited to 10 and patrons are to remain seated.  As an exception, the limits do not apply to that part of the building rented for a wedding, a funeral or a religious service, rite or ceremony.

A sign stating the capacity limits will be posted at the entrance. Standard COVID safety requirements will continue to apply to everyone entering the premises.
